I know you are right. I'm just dreading plot restrictions and nerdo getting captured to be rescued. I don't mind Boruto being the MC

Eh I wouldn't be that worried.

From the movie information/trailer, Naruto gets kidnapped by Momoshiki and Kinshiki in base, and only because he stepped in the way of an attack nearing Boruto/Sasuke. He would of needed to be saved anyway since he can't escape the dimension, but whether or not he is unconscious from taking that blow is uncertain, but I doubt it.

Boruto/Sasuke + Kages have to go immediately so the chances of Naruto not fighting them by the time they get there is slim. Unless he is weakened.

Mind us that this happens in the last 20~30 minutes of the movie. XD

Byakugan was always more exciting than the sharingan. Kishi is only just noticing it.

Byakugan will remain sidelined like it always has been, the real might of the villain is in the Rinnegan on his palms. The strongest Doujutsu along with Sharingan right after.
