Each bio reveals something new every time.
In another bio it mentions her being a medic ninja again.

The sentence makes it clear that she's doing two things at once. If she wasn't an active doctor then shouldn't it have said so? SP might exaggerate some things but it's not like the rival thing where the word Rival is written with a question mark "Rival?" and where there are only subtle hints that Sarada might be one. It's a pretty straightforward sentence. Most likely SP isn't counting on fans to question these things.
