To me it has to be Shinki of the Sand.

Reasons:

Black Cloak: He wears one made from Iron Sand, which can spread out to fulfill various purposes. He uses this sand to save himself and his teammates during the first day of the Chunnin Exam, win against Metal Lee during the second day of the Chunnin Exam and win against Chocho during the third day of the Chunnin Exam.

Magnetism Manipulation: He wields the Iron Sand with the Magnet Release.

Marionette Master: He is a wielder of the Sand Village's signature puppet ninjutsu technique.

Off screen Moment of Awesome: He's briefly seen defeating two of the new generation from Konoha in the Chunnin Exams.

I'm hesitant to put her on the list because technically she is younger then the rest. Plus she is strong but it was more of a joke then anything. When and if the actually do something with the character I'll reevaluate the list.

Mitsuki is definitely up there for me. Serpent sage mode was beast. But so is iron sad mixed with the puppet jutsu.

We all know she knocked out naruto but it was more of a joke to me then anything. Until they show she will play a real role in the series as a main character I'm hesitant too add her.

Dude I totally agree, I'm curious to see sarada, shinki, inojin and the rest of the new gen as adults. I'd also kinda like to see how our old crew looks like at that age lol sauce and nardo should be in their 40's by the time that kawaki boruto fight happens im assuming

Sarada or Shinki

Mitsuki's SM probably doesn't last more than a few seconds, and he's generally below Sarada according to those stats. And with her apparent aptness for genjutsu, it would be Itachi/Sasuke and Oro all over again. It's true that his speed blitzed Oro, but it's also true that Oro wasn't on guard, and that Sarada has precog, unlike him.

And with Shinki being Gaara's son, and shown/said to be very adept, he's a contender.

It is hard to that his sage mode only last for a few seconds. It is kinda hard to tell time in a pages but i cannot wait to see how the data book turns out.

If you're talking about the generation being younger then it has to be Himawari but since she's not in the list, I had to choose Mitsuki because of his mastery with sage mode at such young age. Sarada in my opinion is the second strongest because of the fact that Sakura was capable of knocking the iron sand during her fight with Sasori, Sarada already achieved in attaining the CES and with Sharingan combine makes her really strong. .
