The English subbed version comes out in the US on October 10. There are a few cam clips of the Japanese, non-subbed version on YouTube, but as for the full movie itself, I think we may just have to wait. I've been looking for the past several days and found nothing.

I tried to look but couldn't find any info on an English dub. If it is gonna be dubbed, it won't be out for several month, and if it does play in theaters, it'll probably be limited release.
