Officially Boruto doesn't have a elemental KKG or KKT but what enable a ninja to be able to elemental KKG and KKT?

Normally Ninja are born with 1 nature affinity, but what about KKG user.
True at the second sentence. This is what he was capable of doing naturally.

I think it's genetics? That's a darn good question though, maybe the requirement is practice in training to combine the elements?

Even if it's true it want change anything about his character... A kid with talent but lazy.. Lame.
Two words:

Character development. Though the person I quoted under me answered that question perfectly. Boruto understood the things he lacked as a shinobi; hard working, effort, and team work. Which he all showed at the end of the movie by; Stating his goal (the reason he failed as a Genius is because unlike Itachi, Sasuke, Neji, etc., the boy had no drive.), creating a full sized Rasengan on his own after the dimensional battle, and worked as a team to bring down the Panda.

That was Kishimoto's way of showing he changed after.

Oh, let's just ignore the character development he gained throughout the movie :| Boruto isn't lazy anymore. He wants to be like Sasuke and Naruto. After he watched that battle, there's no way he's not going to try hard to become that strong. He already said he's going to be like Sasuke, a ninja working from the shadows and he's going to protect Sarada as Hokage. There's no way he'll be lazy from now on.
Word.

Don't you have to store the Jutsu inside the device before you can use a technique? Without storing jutsu to use, the device itself is useless. The only benefit it gives is using techniques without wasting chakra. That's what Kohohamaru displayed in the beginning of the movie, so it's impossible to use a Jutsu if you don't store it first. So where did Boruto get his jutsu from. He already said all of the nature affinities he could use and that's what he displayed through the device. That shows that Boruto has the nature affinities and talent, he was just lazy.
Someone is beginning to understand it.

Who knows maybe Kishi may change, just like how Toriyama changed and now he continuing Dragon Ball. I know its speculation especially now that Kishi confirmed he focus on a Sci-Fi Manga, but still who knows what might happen.

The series is over, yes.

But that doesn't change his character development nor growth. Maybe he will continue 'Boruto' in the distant future? Who knows. He surely set it up for a continuation, that's for sure.

Novel wise adds into this as well

That's what he says in Japanese.

"I can already use Fuuton, Raiton, and lately Suiton (along with the Kage Bunshin), without any training"

The novel previously said the same which caused some controversy

Novel Chapter 1 said:

Next to the TV that had been showing the news, there was a mountain of overflowing piles of empty coffee cans and nutrition drink packets.

That was the compensation for carrying out the superhuman feat of integrating the consciousness of countless numbers of kage bunshin and making decisions for each one of them.

“Dad who’s here now is probably a Kage Bunshin too, huh?” Boruto said.

“This is the Hokage’s office! As if I could be possibly be one! And in this situation, you’re not supposed to call me Dad, but either Hokage or Seventh!”

Naruto had been angry for a while now.
Well, Boruto thought it was natural that he’d be pissed.
They’d caused so much damage earlier that it would be fair to call their mission a failure.

It hadn’t been good to use Konohamaru sensei’s Sexy Jutsu to trick everyone and run away either.
That’s why every member of Team Konohamaru was in trouble.
Every now and then, our sensei acts like a kid and gets carried away…

Boruto was aware that if his dad didn’t scold him thoroughly here, it would be showing favouritism to his son. He also understood the reasoning behind going to the trouble of calling the down to the Hokage’s office too.

If he’d been in his dad’s standpoint, he’d probably be angry too.
And that was exactly why Boruto felt irritated.
His father wasn’t seeing the whole picture.

Was Uzumaki Naruto really someone who prioritised an adult’s reasoning over everything else?
“Oh, well…” Boruto drawled, “It was a very simple mission, sir! I could’ve pulled off a mission like this all by myself, yknow!”

“Teamwork and will-power are precious things for a shinobi!” Naruto said, “Cooperating as three people in training as well is…”
“Even if I don’t do any training, I can already make three Kage Bunshin, and Wind Release and Lightning Release, and lately Water Release too!”
These were facts.
Uzumaki Boruto was a prodigy.

If he tried something, he could do it.
A lot of people said that while there were the large chakra reserves he’d inherited from his father, it was probably the Hyuuga blood he’d inherited from his mother Hinata. The Hyuuga were Konoha’s most renowned clan. It wasn’t strange for that kind of genius to manifest from the blood of the Hyuuga’s lady Hinata.

That talent wasn’t surprising.
That was why, it had no worth in evaluations either.

Was that how things were?
“Konohamaru!” Naruto snapped. His angry voice could be heard even from a distance. “What have you been teaching him this whole time…?!”

“Uh, no, I, ahaha.” Konohamaru laughed nervously.
“This doesn’t have anything to do with sensei, does it?!!” Boruto raised his voice.

Anyway even if you speak Japanese, I gave you the link to the video. You can actually hear him say Fuuton, Raiton, and Suiton as well.

So that means he is best genius by far?

Well I think people sleep on his Genius quite frankly because he did cheat (which is something for another discussion if you want to get into) but I think Itachi's Genius is something unparalleled as well. I mean he was capable of slaughtering the Clan by himself, while also being the Anbu Captain at 13 (same age Boruto is now). But a large reason why Boruto failed when it came to other Geniuses is because he lacked in motivation.

In fact like Boruto said in the movie ... he hasn't trained at all. The only time he begins is when he has to learn the Rasengan for Sasuke, and Sasuke teaches him how to throw his Shuriken like Itachi.

Lastly, we have to talk about his ability of applying an elemental nature to his Rasengan...

It was stated that a shinobi who can spatially and elementally recompose their chakra is limited to only a certain number, meaning it's rare.

Since Kakashi wasn't able to do this, he had to create the Chidori which required less skill to perform than applying an elemental nature to the Rasengan.

Kakashi stated that it takes an incredible amount of skill, or natural talent/sense. To which he than further pointed out that not only did he fail, but the original creator of this technique (Minato).

Kakashi finishes off the education course by telling Naruto that creating this type of technique makes it an S rank in ability.

It was stated that the reason Naruto himself couldn't pull this feature off is because it took too much concentration to create the Rasengan, and to add a nature transformation with it would be impossible. Which is why Kakashi came up with the idea of using shadow clones to divide the parts, which does make it easier, but still requires the user to pull of this grand feature with hard-work. Meanwhile Boruto was capable of doing this without shadow clones at all, meaning he is pulling the impossible.

Mind us that Naruto began to use Rasenshuriken without clones after he gained Rikudou powers.

I do believe at his age, no one has shown this level of talent thus far... But that's just me personally.

That is kinda true but not really. What's accepted is what's accepted and that requires time.
