Boruto MIGHT be more of a prodigy than Sasuke

It actually amazes me, the fact that Boruto can use Chidori without Sharingan when if I recall, Sasuke could never do it in part one without (maybe never tried). It was emphasized a few times how effective it was with Sharingan, and in Kakashi's case impossible without. As for the amount, I would say he would also be able to do it more than Sasuke could at his age, possibly 4 due to his inherent chakra and the fact that he isn't exerting more for Sharingan.

Boruto doesn't need a dojutsu to use Chidori so I believe Boruto > Sasuke

It wasn't that Kakashi couldn't do it with out the Sharingan it was just harder to aim and what if he has the Byakugan or a variant this would help to pinpoint a target...

But you do need to take eyes for a consideration they give the user a boost of Chakra to activate a jutsu as powerful as Chidori.

Ummm I don't think so. But then again, there was no reason for Sasuke to learn chidori without his eyes.

It's not impossible to use Chidori without a Sharingan per se, it's just not recommended because without good eyes combined with the speed of the technique, you wouldn't be able to see if your enemy is making a counterattack. Either Boruto has really good eyes, or the Byakugan which gives near 360 degree vision.

My theory is that he is not more of a prodigy than sasuke and the only reason he uses it is because he has Byakugan, which I think would be useful with that kind of Justu. I don't feel like explaining this so if anyone understands feel free to do so for me

Lol nope. Sasuke is thee most prodigous character in the Naruto Verse, and one movie is not going to change that. You can hate him him all you want, but the fact remains that Sasuke was as skillfull, if not even more so than the SOSP, within a couple of hours of attaining the Rinnegan.

At 17 the Kyuubi said Sasuke's chakrs control was on the Sage's level. If Boruto does above that by the time he's that age then yeah, he's more of a prodigy.

Also, keep in mind Boruto has Sasuke to train him, Sasuke never had someone on such a high level to train him.

Honestly I can't see Boruto surpassing VOTE1 Sasuke let alone anything in Shuppiden.
