All he has his is Jutsu's, and he has no character development. Unlike someone I know :hyper:

No bro he doesn't :| SM increases you're Ninjutsu , taijutsu , Genjutsu so why wouldn't he enter SM when doing it? He wants more damage so its clear to enter SM for better results , everytime he does a gaint rasengan he will be in SM , but he doesn't have to be to make one that size.

Then just show a scan of Naruto using a rasengan that size before attaining SM and problem solved :|

Pretty big if you ask me , if boruto with no sage mode and make one big like that pretty sure naruto can also. Naruto can make it any size he wants really.

He doesn't. His character has not even had more than 6 pages to himself in the Manga. Everyone in the new generation are basically representations of their parents until proven otherwise.
