Being that guy, when does the chapter come out ? If it's not this week then it's the week after next cause of golden fest or whatever am I right?

From what I know, the official release is 9th of May.. so we'll get the chapter next week, before the official release as always.

Boruto monthly manga should debut in WSJ issue #23 meaning May 9, 2016.
