Highlights of chapter for me is it's interesting how it appears jigen is talking 3rd person as if hes controlled likely this unknown ototsuchi member. And learn reason kawakii is needed because jigen cant contain the power of the karma which makes me think what's the qualities needed to be a vessel.

Also interesting how much kawakii cares for naruto now and will be interesting why he will supposedly kill him.

4/10 there was too much wrong with it, even if it was fun seeing Naruto and Sasuke lose plot armour and get clapped.

Yeah, I would’ve much rather them have been completely overpowered rather then outsmarted but something they already figured out. It would’ve been different if Sasuke wouldn’t have figured out about the rod manipulation before being solo’d by them.

The rods played a role but Jigen outright bullied them with strength. He literally kicked Sasuke out of his PS, tackled Naruto out of his Avatar, kicked Sasuke to where he coughed up blood, then he caught Naruto’s fist with neg diff then kneed him in the gut then followed that up with a kick that sent Naruto flying.

The rods played a role but Jigen outright bullied them with strength. He literally kicked Sasuke out of his PS, tackled Naruto out of his Avatar, kicked Sasuke to where he coughed up blood, then he caught Naruto’s fist with neg diff then kneed him in the gut then followed that up with a kick that sent Naruto flying.

I’m just saying it’s kind of unsettling to see things closed off by Chakra rods, beating them till they were unconscious would’ve been way better imo but touché.

This chapter was disappointing, feels rushed, the fight panels all look similar to one another.
Now out of blue jigen can shot rods from the ground?
And whats with nobody dying from otherwise mortal wounds caused by those rods?

From my small understanding, Jigen was just a vessel for the Outsutsuki and he plans on swapping bodies with Kawakii next just like the jutsu Orochimaru developed.

Was that dome meant for the Juubi?

There was many things from with the chapter such as these below:

- Why couldn’t Naruto sense the rods? Even though they were too small to see, surely with Sage Mode he could have sensed it.
- Why didn’t Naruto give Sasuke a chakra cloak, which greatly enhance someone powers by 4x more or less as stated by Kakashi.
- Why didn’t Sasuke punch or grab Jigen and absorb his chakra.
- Why didn’t Sasuke use Chibaku Tensei, levitation/flying, etc rinnengan jutsu.
- Why didn’t Sasuke use Susano and Amaterasu together or Susano, Amaterasu and Chidori. Surely Susano would protect his arm from getting blow up.
