There's a lot of hoopla as to who is the most prodigious or most skilled of the newest generation.
Boruto is clearly the most prodigious and skilled of the next gen. Boruto has the feats, he's capable of making rasengan and chidori, also looks like he was able to throw the rasengan in the trailer for the new film. Those 2 feats shown throughout the span of 30 seconds alone are >>>>>>>> than anything any kid of the new gen has shown thus far.
We've seen a preview of what Boruto is capable of and to an even further extent he's personally trained by Sasuke and is acclaimed as "The Prodigy" and "Young Shinobi blessed with talent" while none of his peers are acclaimed as such.
