Boruto is Likable ASF

Not only Boruto is written to be GREAT but he's so much more likable and relatable than Kid Naruto.

Boruto in his early academy days was much more mature and likes to chill with other and he doesn't give BS TNJ and grate peoples nerves like Naruto did. Naruto who was much older than Boruto at that time was much more whiny, selfish and a nuisance.

Naruto was seen as a demon child and hated yet instead of busting his ass to go after the person he got picked on, he decide to go with his over obsession with Sasuke who was always minding his own business. Naruto was HELLA annoying & repetitive with sasuke.

Now Naruto is acting like a d!ck father, doesn't believe Boruto awaken his special eyes yet made Himawari incident "exceptional". Naruto was neglecting his son and his family with his sorry ass excuse for "overworking" in the Hokage office so how the hell does he have the audacity to spout more nonsense speech about "training" completely disregard the possibility that Boruto awakened his dojutsu like Himawari. ]

Not only that Naruto is full of hyprocrites, he got everything handed to him, so Naruto needs to know his place.

Sasuke was one of the first people to acknowledge him and risked his life to protect him. Sasuke was also praised and looked up to during the academy...so overtaking him would've been the same as going after all of the other people and beating them.

Both Manga and Movie disagree with you, Boruto acknowledge Naruto the hokage after saving his ass. Boruto overcome the obstacle and wanted forged his own path outside his father accomplishment. Naruto hasn't accomplished anything since he's riding his father coatail and a failed peacebringer.
