I don't care much for design, but I really like the idea of seeing Boruto in the distant future and coming back to discover what his Road to Hero was. The character arc he's undergoing to get there is actually slowly making him one of my favorite character in this series.

One dimensional? Boruto is in no way one dimensional. In this arc alone he already underwent a great deal of development and growth, and I'm very curious to see where this goes from here.
