Boruto is Bart from the Simpsons?

Does anyone else think Boruto's personality, will be or already is similar to Bart from the simpsons? Except with out all the american humor and immaturity? Basically a japanese, naruto-nized version of bart I don't know, I've just been thinking about this.

Not really. Bart's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, and I got the impression that Boruto isn't as much of an underachiever as Naruto was in school.
