He didn't "force" her to use it. She seem to have been toying with him.

Kid Boruto has the luxury of being taught by others, meanwhile Kid Naruto had no one. Add the fact that Kurama was more of a nuisance to Naruto's development in Part 1.

Post Academy Naruto solos comfortably.

Hanabi said Boruto wasn't serious until he forced her to use Kaiten. Something about, "You aren't going all out, are you"

Then Boruto started using his clones and maneuvering her, which cornered her to blow him away with rotation.

From what I understand, Boruto hasn't had a formal teacher yet. Everyone has their parents to learn, but Boruto's drawback is that he doesn't train as hard as everyone else.

But he's still top dawg early on.

From what I understand, Boruto hasn't had a formal teacher yet. Everyone has their parents to learn, but Boruto's drawback is that he doesn't train as hard as everyone else.

But he's still top dawg early on.

As soon as he "got serious" she was still effortlessly dodging and out maneuvering him tho. The rotation seemed more of stop gap since the clones and him was rushing her at the same time.

That's entirely the point at bold.

She was effortlessly dodging him, but that doesn't really change the fact that when Boruto threw his kunai, sent another clone to reflect the kunai back at her, had another one doing the same thing, while the other two charged, she needed to use kaiten in order to stop the all from attacking.

Not really pointing the fact that Boruto > Hanabi in anyway, but those last five seconds were pretty clear that when Boruto finally got "serious", Hanabi acknowledged the **** out of him.

he doesn't realize that pressuring someone superior to you and forcing them to use their best jutsu on you is a GREAT feat

True but in that instant what was she suppose to do? :lol well other than jumping out the way i guess.
