Well he had to keep up appearances otherwise the genjutsu would not work.

Konohamaru would have his guard up even more if he saw two Boruto's on the field. He would smell out their tricks.

yes but again the punch could've happened but the crater and CES is likely genjutsu

we have to see the impact (which is too late now) and more then likely he doesn't have CES since he never saw Sarada use it

Chakra enhanced strength =/ tsunade's kick which is entitled the "Heavenly foot of pain", a spirit induced technique. Its the reason why SusanO'O broke when she kicked it.
