You need glasses. The front leg is clearly uncovered up to the hip, you can see the skin, the rear leg has a shadow that could be anything.
1st Ike, then Kishi now SP pedos the whole lot of em. There's a slim chance it may be a drawing mistake but I highly doubt it.

You need glasses those aren't shorts Sarada wears a vest under her upper garment. Zoom doesn't help your case this is also from the academy graduation arc.
