That applies to anyone whose birthday comes, but we have no hints as of now that her demise is eminent. She doesn't die in the movie/manga reiteration in this coming arc. Therefore your statement is a bit early or out of place at the moment.

Sure, we have that flash forward, but that is implied to be years in the future (so Himawari could have another birthday), and even in that time period, we don't know who is dead and who is not. The closest hints we have of deaths are Naruto and perhaps Sasuke depending on why Boruto has his sword (and possibly his headband and cloak).

Not interested in Himawari. Obviously the episode will focus on Hinata and Boruto preparing stuff for Himawari's birthday. I only value relevant characters

There are plenty of hints because Hima is everything to Boruto the only one who he really considers/cares for more than himself. Boruto blie eyes taking everything from him would fit perfectly with what he holds most dear. That would be Hima and Hinata anything less than that would be sub standard writing on Kodachis part tbh. Although I've come to expect sub standard writing but I'm still holding out hope of follow through on his part. That's the only real way I see Boruto going to the dark side anything less is trash writing. He will help destroy that which took everything from him until he realises the error of his ways. Boruto dieing by the end to make up for his sins during the alien wars and his memory will live on via Mitsuki.

Anyway you're right she may enjoy a few more birthdays before the expected tragedy.

I don't think that will be the whole focus. It will probably focus on Naruto being busy and Boruto being angry about it. It will probably focus on the tensions leading up to the infamous cake dropping scene. I could even see the episode ending with Sasuke showing up at Naruto's house.

Yeah he might lose them at some point, but the time of future Boruto seems to be at least a couple of years from where the anime/manga currently is. Himawari may have at least 1 or 2 more birthdays left, whereas you said that this might be her last one. That's why I think your comment was too early. True, it's not guaranteed that his losses start in that year alone, but aside from the flash forward and omens from Momoshiki/Toneri, we don't have any hints that focus on Himawari specifically, and especially not so soon.

Anyway, Boruto cares about lots of people. Momoshiki said that he would lose everything. That may include his family, his teammates, Sasuke, Konohamaru, etc...

Boruto's caring for others is secondary, he's always only truly cared for Himawari. Her loss would have the best impact on him everything else would be second rate writing tbh. During the movie arc he called out Naruto because of Hima, he wanted to become strong because of Hima, even in the tool arc he only agreed to going after Mitsuki mebtioned Hima and Hinata. I dont see anybody else impacring him like them if you catch my drift.
