If we’re talking about animation boruto is still better. Look at Boruto vs Shizuma and Sakura vs Shin

Those sequences are very rare and exceptions as such they do not represent the overall quality of the show. If we were going by this alone Naruto clearly wins since it had things like Sasuke vs Orochimaru and Lee vs Gara which have the same level of fluidity but with more detailed art and last longer while also being close to what the show usually looked like and as such there wasn't much immersion breaking. Each fight in Part 1 was did justice and none looked bad. The ones that did not have that kind of flashy animation were made worthwile by the attention to detail and smart directing. Even a fight like Sakura vs Shin which has good animation doesn't have the best art as shadows on the characters are mostly gone during the challenging sequences so as to make it easier to animate. Ofcourse if you want to compare only high budget episode take a look at things from the very same animator who did the Sakura-Shin fight when he worked on Naruto (an example would be Obito vs Kakashi which is superior).

Then there's stuff like Deidara vs Sasuke, Sakura vs Sasori, Jiraya vs Pain, Madara vs Alliance and the VotE2 alone kicks it out the park. These are all ofcourse just the sakuga moments. If we're comparing the overall quality Part 1 was better for its consistency in art and animation with Part 2 being good until war arc and then dropping to Boruto level (sometimes even lower) in the war arc.

I get the point , but still the anime lacks something that Naruto anime had - and this kids mostly talk rather fight - and im not sure how to explain it, but i hope you will see the difference or rather understand it somehow
