This is still much more than anything Toriyama had to do with GT

You can't really compare both. I think Dragon Ball GT is something that should be erased from the books of Anime history, while Boruto should be taken with a grain of salt.

At least GT had some cool ideas and somewhat decent/interesting Plots, They were just implemented poorly. Boruto is currently subpar in everything at the moment.

Money and sales thats all it matter honestly i am actually surprised boruto is kind of doing ok though not on same level as naruto but sales are doing good in japan.

Though i blame partly on mangaka for continuing the spin off but what took off was boruto the movie it was huge hit worldwide. The blame goes to fan in the end they always whined about part 3 they actually got it XD

Overall i think boruto is just clone of naruto , i think i can understand why most of them complain because he doesnt bring nothing new unlike naruto .

I would prefer to read more about sasukes journey , spin off on kabuto than boruto because i dont see nothing new we will see how konoha gets rescued and how boruto saves the world in the end. Its like we already know what will happen next.

I agree with all of this although Naruto was still a cool character. Boruto's more of a trash clone version of Naruto.
