Boruto also has powers from both sides, just not to the same equilibrium as Sarada. Boruto has Hinata's abilities with Naruto's body and his and Sasuke's abilities as icing on the cake. Sarada on the other hand is the balanced combination of Sasuke and Sakura and inherited almost equal abilities from both sides.
