I dont get how the manga goes with the anime and the movie and the gaiden I need to know what to read then watch and where please help

The manga starts by recapping the movie with some changes and continuing the story from there

While the anime is before boruto the movie while he's still in the academy

So chronologically it's the anime the movie and the manga

If Boruto is shown having it in the manga during that time instead of awakening it later on will mean it's canon. But if he awaken it later on = anime filler.
