First he'll need to even be able to see the chakra points in other than Nue and after that it's likely he'll use 16-32 palms if he can see them. Mukai Kohinata had 1 Byakigan eye and could only use 16 palms, 64 palms requires mapping ability for which near 360 degrees vision plays a massive part.

I wonder if he can even do 64 palms if he only has one Jougan eye

why does he only have one Jougan eye anyway?

And does the Jougan need two eyes for full byakugan capabilities or due to it being its evolution does it just merge two byakugans into one eye.

@bold there's 0 proof of that if anything it's a lesser for now well learn more as time progresses.

well there is also 0 proof besides speculation on how potent the Jougan's byakugan abilities are if it has even all of them and how does it compare to a user with two byakugans

I agree that's why I'm basing a likelihood on him possessing one eye, No veins, and Mukai. Which you happily accepted as good points. Like I've said before it's an unknown factor for now I still give it benefit of the doubt though.
