Boruto didn't bring out Karma by himself. It activated after resonating with Kawaki as shown on chapter 25.

I did mention resonating as the reason, the issue was Borat didn't pass out from it's use as he always does. Let's not discuss such things for we have BORUTO GREATNESS!!!

If I hadn't grown up watching Naruto, and had it not been for the eventual arrival of Byakugan aliens, I'd have dropped this ages ago.

I'm not joking when I say even Fairy Tail entertains me more than... this. Heck, even FT's PLOT is better than Boruto's. You've got a rehashed arc that changes nothing, the tento arc which also leads to nothing and is just a advertisement for the real life card game, Shojoji being offed way too fast and his actual unique ninjutsu being underutilized, Ao being a redherring and nothing coming of his return or of him having a Byakugan, some dumbass professor who was created as a one-off for the movie having more screentime than any of the other new gens, and now this literal shit?

Yup they are very similar. Just wait until Jigen gets to know Boruto, they will bond in a very similar way to how Momoshiki and Boruto did.

My guess is Jigen is an Otsutsuki. Probably an Orochimaru-esque Otsutsuki who has experimented with the powers of the Otsutsuki clan.

Like I said before, the only reason I'm still here is because I grew up watching Naruto and I am looking forward to the Jogan, Hyuga, and Ootsutsuki stuff. That's all. Had it not been for that, I wouldn't be here. The anime is good, but the manga is straight up trash.

Funny thing is, I used to think Fairy Tail was on par with Boruto's level of writing, but after reading it, it is far more well written than people give it credit for (granted I'm only on chapter 250 rn). The author, if nothing else, knows how to write captivating story arcs unlike Boruto, has a good sense of how to lay out his panels unlike Boruto, has actual good art unlike Boruto, knows how to hype up the audience unlike Boruto, knows how to build tension unlike Boruto.

Really, for me, the only bad thing in FT so far has been the fanservice and the poor world building and magic system. Other than those three, it's been more enjoyable for me than Boruto, most of Part 2 of Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece in certain aspects.

What part of Bolt is better than Fairy Tail? And I'm talking strictly about the manga. There's nothing noteworthy in the manga at all. The closest it ever get's to such things is very small glimpses, like Bolt's Jogan, Karma Seal, or Momoshiki talking with Bolt. As of now, nothing truly grand or epic has happened for 2 years.

There's nothing worthy about Fairy Tail either tbf, it's just another typical shounen nekketsu with an uninteresting MC and garbage characters. Fairy Tail is honestly just a mess and relies too much on Deus Ex Machina, nakama power and cheap emotional moments. Characters also do not develop and stay the same cliche archetypes they always were.

Mashima isn't any better than Kodachi also, he didn't even know what he wanted to write about. I remember one drama when he started a new arc and like, first chapter in he took a break because he didn't know how to take the story further.
