Boruto Chapter 24 Viz Preview

Y’all make it seem like the manga ended with Sarada and mitsuki not having a single development . BE PATIENT!!! It’s only 12 chapters

24 chapters = 2 years.

Don't act like it won't be like 2 more (or even more) years for Sarada and Mitsuki to get some development. The manga Will just keep focusing on Boruto and his seal, and now that Kawaki has been introduced, Sarada and Mitsuki won't have much screen time.

That is not the point. What we have so far is Kishi's development and nothing else. We already knew Sarada and Mitsuki before the anime was even a thing. The movie was so useful and set the starting point for your beloved series and yet, you shit on it.

Lets not forget both Gaidens that feature Sarada and Mitsuki, again done by Kishi, where we got a background of both characters and the definition of their personalities and how they interacted between each other and the main character.

The Manga did a better job (even if it was only a bit) at developing Sarada and Mitsuki (even if it is in the favour of Boruto) than the anime. Even KK characterized Mitsuki like he was never described in any episode of the anime with a quick snip at him being the son of Oro.

Then the anime tries to develop the other set of fodders that aren't even featured in the Manga that is set in the future. I am still waiting for Iwabe and Denki btw.

Chocho last chapter after being beaten by Shink asked something like "BUT ISN'T HE CUTE????".. Shades of Gaiden, shades of Kishi.

Fighting in the exams? What was the focus of Sarada? Or even Mitsuki that is restricted from his abilities in the anime while it is thanks to the Gaiden made by Kishi we know he has Sage mode and what his backstory is?

You don't know what character development stands for.

Yeah, be a pussy. You are the one being delusional if you think the character development of the anime is worth something. It is not, it sucks. There is no substance to it.

Thanks to Kishimoto we know the characters, thanks to Kishimoto we got Boruto, thanks to Kishimoto, the movie and the Gaiden we know what they are capable of and who they are. Even the freaking Panda was important for that.
