I can't believe we're already 23 chapters in and the only important battles were focused on Boruto. And yes I am jealous. I can't say much but how jealous and salty I am that my favorite character a jonin (Konohamaru) was rekt twice while Boruto (genin) pretty much wiped the floor with Ao.

By all means give the main character all the screentime but make it at least logical.

It's similar to being 100 chapters in the Naruto Manga compare the first 100 of It to the 23 of this manga. Your not the only one not a single character holds relevance past Boruto, jonin Konohamaru who should've been the Sarutobi version of Kakashi gets trashed. Boruto goes onto beat the main villain, has ass pull upon ass pull to boot. Unlike some others I was looking forward to seeing Byakugan action didn't get to see any of that either.

I wouldn't bother with the contest, there's going to be dialogue, Boruto's going to talk about how cool Ao was and attack KK. And Sarada will likely be forced to use flash grenade for them to escape.
