When Mitsuki pulls out Sarada's FireBall Jutsu, are you gonna say its okay because he's seen her use it 2 times now?

Because at this point Naruto should be using Chidori right? I mean how many times has this ninja been hit by it?

Going by this logic, how many characters should be using millions of jutsu just by "seeing it" and getting "hit by it"?

I mean how far do you have to go to defend garbage?

Boruto calls Kakashi Uncle, and they spent time together in the Anime.

It's completely logical to believe Kakashi could have showed him the ropes. Or, Sasuke could have asked Kakashi for him, since he can't learn Chidori properly w/o Sharingan or a Dojutsu.

.... Yet Mitsuki learns it on the fly, before Boruto, with no connections aside from Orochimaru/Those guys.

But it feels like a cheap play. I don't want to complain, because **** it right?

Because it was mentioned in the databook..? Mitsuki just randomly used it out of nowhere. Nothing suggested that he can or knows PL so the shock factor is legit.

Kakashi could've taught it to Mitsuki. I don't see why not. Mitsuki has shown himself to be a proficient lightning user.
