Ikemoto's art never looked so ugly this chapter, for some reason.

His low art quality is on purpose some of his other art is quite good. Its largely Kishis falut for giving him freedomsm of expression in that aspect.

I'm more disappointed with the bandwagon manoeuvre Katasuke seems to have pulled. Once we have dialogue it may become clearer but it seems he's going to sit it out.
