He gives them clothing that doesnt fit their age and profession.
Its more nearing prostitute or party girl 18+ type of clothing.
Mini skirt length and high heels doesnt fit girls of 12 or so.
He also draws the thighs, hips and legs as 18+ or at least puts too much emphasis on them,
not fitting the age of 12.
In short, they arent drawn their age.
Maybe they would look like 12 in different clothing.
As in longer skirt or more Sakura type of pantslike bottom clothing
and no high heels.
