I think his art is okay, is not hurting my eyes like the poster, and the characters look more like the original version than before. I think he improved. And even kishimoto improved while writting the manga. Compare the first volumes with the shippuden chapters, for example.

When Kishi started out his art wasn't this garbage.

Anywho the comparision between the two is non-existent. As we are seeing a finished manga being continues by a new author and not a completely new manga all together.

I'm curious as to what clothes he is wearing. We just know he has a Kakashi scar on his eye, he has Sasuke's headband on his forehead , and is clutching a sword on his right hand.

Also one of his eyes are white.

Dude doesn't even sound like Boruto anymore, which is awesome.

It might mean that Naruto never found the ultimate answer to peace. It was just based on cooperation, and that seemed to be working until Character Z arrived. In my opinion it all depends on how it is written, I have very little information on the topic, so I can't really accurately judge it yet.

People complained about Naruto establishing peace.

People argued that Naruto's peace wouldn't last forever.

What Naruto established was peace with the five villages together, but what he/they couldn't stop is the conflict between outside sources who don't follow the Ninja system.

Technically, it wasn't even Naruto who established the system of cooperation between the five nations. Oonoki, Ay, Mei, Tsunade and Gaara did it, to fight together against Obito, Madara and the Juubi. Naruto was their inspiration to keep this system up after the war.

And yep, there are still outside-sources that trigger violent conflicts, children are still trained to be killers etc. That can't be "peace" in my book. Naruto isn't special, his way is just one of many and he will be added to the list of failed peace-bringers, like Hagoromo and Hashirama.

Well he never said he found the answer, he said he wouldn't stop until he did. What he did confirm was that he had a plan, or an idea for it. Which involved everyone's help.

Based on the description, they're trying to make Boruto's design something of a fusion between Sasuke and Naruto. Which is a good direction to go I think.

Might imply that Sarada and Mitsuki will be doing things that are entirely their own.

The Villages where forced to work together for the threat of Madara. Technically Naruto didn't do a thing. If it weren't for Obito declaring the 4th Shinobi War the Villages would be still the same.

Naruto's answer to Nagato's question will never happen/ be found. Because in the end things are not Black and White.

Kishi's manga was not all that bad till he started obsessing over Sasuke.

I think the first chapter will determine if you should take it seriously or not. I on the other hand am already looking for other anime to watch. I am not at all hyped for this manga.

Isn't it possible that the new manga won't even be about peace? Granted, it's just a few pages, but if it's a manga specifically about destroying the shinobi system, and one of Boruto's lines is that he's a ninja, maybe this will be less about peace and more about defining oneself and the freedom to defend one's identity/culture? The mangaka could just decide to explore his own themes.

Kind of works considering the Gaiden and movie were somewhat about Sarada and Boruto defining their own goals, while Mitsuki is a character who is trying to figure out what path he actually wants to follow in life.

I was thinking the same, but I don't think it's exactly the Byakugan either. Maybe it's a variant.

Either way OD said that Boruto used a hand sign to activate something (the eye) before he went to fight Kawaki.
