We only can go by what kurama said, and to be honest you added more to it I’m guessing because you want Naruto to die

They both are supposed to die, Well the one that runs out first, which would be the one with less chakra and doing the most amount of movements. The fact one that is supposed to doesn't, due to kurama's info, is a cop out and shit tier writing alongside the ass-pulled mode.

It never said the person with the less chakra would die first, it say the person who run out first. Again we don’t know how the ability work, kurama could of gave naruto all his chakra or something and at that point he run out first... it’s not a cop out you just don’t want to look at it from different angles, but it can’t be that bad if you keep coming back lol..

Of course they would, the one with less chakra runs out first, it's not rocket science. On the second point, the mode stops working when one runs out of chakra as per Kurama's own words. And yet we see that didn't happen, it is not just a cop-out it's shit tier writing. Truth be told it's been getting worse. I've read a few things around, and the problems are bigger than just the cop-out. Chakra link and chakra transfer to the original via shadow clone has also been thrown out. Kawaki has learnt fire style from his asshole and he's even gained single sealed mastery on top of shadow clone feinting. I look at perspectives, but what I have gathered is the authors have thrown out all the rules for convenience purposes.
