Its definitely not a tenseigan. A tenseigan is acquired by hamura chakra + byakugan, and Boruto has neither.

Not a byakugan, because he used a different hand seal to activate it. Plus, he uses a sword, and hyugas dont use swords.

Probably a Byakugan + Uzumaki hybrid eye. Maybe similar to the sharingan, because Sasuke also uses a sword.
