Boruto ANIME MINOR Rant

After today's episode i noticed SP are stalling for the sake of episode numbers because whoever wrote the episode is dumb as it was the worst episode to date.

Anyway my point is Boruto anime up until now 42 episodes in hasn't touched anything concerning the MAIN PLOT. not a single thing about it.
All the episode have been side plots here and there nothing major that affects the story happened yet which is silly. Because i read the manga that i'm still watcing the anime because i know it's gonna get serious and lit. but for the people who don't read the manga will drop the anime because of how they're stalling and making low quality meaningless episodes here and there without touching the main plot.

Boruto anime's problem is that it's directionless i mean why can't they drop hints here and there about the main plot and main villains to be keep it interesting.

Overall the anime was decent to good but when i think about it non of the episodes had anything to do with the main plot. Boruto series main plot anime wise will start in boruto movie adaptation which is 50 episodes in . well it was about time SP

Your objection Minamoto San? I dislike Boruto as a character he should die. I'm only holding out hope that Madara Sama will return or they'll remake everything with a young Madara clone as the lead character.

I don't care as much anymore with the sub par writing in the manga which is focused on Burito the anime has started to grown on me.

That's an exaggeration. Plus, the Akatsuki itself didn't appear in the original Naruto until over a hundred chapters had gone by. So have patience.

That's an exaggeration. Plus, the Akatsuki itself didn't appear in the original Naruto until over a hundred chapters had gone by. So have patience.

The whole sasuke naruto relationship was a main story point too before akatsuki. Boruto anime-wise toooo little main plot. At least in 7 episodes we're getting the first real main arc in goruto

I think they’ve given us a decent amount of foreshadowing

The whole Nue arc, Sasuke & Narutos meetings, the Ootsusuki scenes

& the story originally begins from the chuunin exams so of course we’re not gonna hit the main plot in depth until then.

Besides letting the manga get further, the whole future of Boruto might not even fully mapped out yet since Jougan wasn’t during the Nue arc.

Plus a big criticism of Naruto series was the underwhelming world building and character interactions.

With that being said, I do agree they are stalling a lot and it’s kinda boring. Dragon Ball Super made up for it but now that’s about to end..but the chuunin exams start shortly after so I’m not tripping

can't judge that based on side plots. if we want to judge boruto we have to judge a main plot
