I think the smart money is that they do it weekly. They have Naruto Gaiden and the One Shot to animate and even the option of doing Boruto the movie. While it annoyed fans in the west, seeing Dragon Ball Super retell the movies, Dragon Ball Super was a hit in Japan. Boruto the anime could take a similar approach and fans over there would still watch, because it's Naruto related. Also, the manga doesn't have enough material to animate yet, even by April. So guys do u think Boruto anime will be like Naruto Shippuden long running like 30+ episodes or Seasonal like nowadays anime 12 per season?

Yes till now im wondering just what will boruto anime cover if the manga is monthly and there's barely any content to cover by april . Just 4 chapters of 40+ pages to cover of new conetnt they take boruto anime only one month to cover them . So yes there may be a boruto anime-only arcs for the manga to advanceI think the smart money is that they do it weekly. 6 episodes for Naruto Gaiden, 2-3 episodes for the One Shot, and 13 for the Boruto retelling. By then the manga will be far enough ahead to start adapting what we all want to see, ie what happened to Boruto and Naruto.
Oh god please noIt will be just like DBS, anime will take the front and the manga will stay behind. (my bet)
You'd think they'd have learned their lesson and go with this plan. They won't sadly I imagine. It would be best if they released a 24 episode per season. The animation would be better and they would have more preparation and more time to perfect the overall quality of the finishing product. Since SP has been animating Naruto for god knows how long, it's no mistake that they are the closest entity to Kishimoto's art style, duss no change in art style of the animation will be needed while adapting Ikemodo's manga.
