We'll know soon enough with the presumed final recap chapter and how the direction of the anime goes. I'd laugh my ass off if the Boruto manga goes on hiatus after this first arc and the anime's first episodes are another recap of the Boruto movie by SP.

No it's already confirmed Boruto anime is starting with new content anime only content . so no Boruto movie anime recap will not happen , as for the Boruto manga the latest chapter said next time Boruto starts a new journey which teases new content which means next chapter there's new content

Butthurt Narutard who cries about Himawari soloed Naruto. Naruto doesn't deserve to attend inauguration after the BS of the war arc.

WTF are you talkin'? Kishi lost the plot long before the war arc. The point of the manga was Naruto becoming Hokage. It became such an after thought to Kishi, that it wasn't even included in the 700 chapter main series.

who cares about Naruto becoming hokage when the series went full of shit, it's not really big deal anymore especially when Naruto is a shitty MC. Get it, Part 2 is SHITPOODEN so having an after thought now doesn't decimated him any further when it was long ruined. The reason why I said the war arc is because that's when it hit the final nail of the coffin.

Again, I do wish they simply continued the manga after the events of the movie, but I understand why they didn't. It would be ridiculous to expect potential new audiences to watch a movie before picking up the manga as you alienate and potentially lose a significant audience base. Recap is necessary in this regard, especially when the story of the movie is so crucial to the character arcs and relationships between Boruto, Naruto and Sasuke. Now what will be completely unnecessary in every regard is if they adapt the recap into the upcoming Boruto anime... which they likely will for the same reasons I mentioned, also its a good way to add in "filler" without the content technically being filler. Dragon Ball Super did the exact same thing with the two movies.

I still do not like boruto manga, not because it is recap of the movie, even though I did not see the movie. I just don't like it pairing force, and sarada drama. ikemoto trying to figure out how to fix plothole for sarada character birth dilemma, because of SS paring not popular with fans, and not good for sasuke/sakura/karin character. I think that is the reason we have recaps and delays.

yes , I agree with you , I hated when they changed Naruto's goal from "being the Hokage" to "retrieving Sasuke" , he was always insulting and humiliating himself for the sake of Sasuke's ass , and I really disliked that

this manga was supposed to be about Naruto and team 7 not about a yaoi relationship between him and Sasuke

actually , part 2 was good until the five kage summit arc ,the series have became a total garbage after the pain arc
