Boruto anime begins with an Anime-only Story

This year's ninth issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing Monday that the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations television anime will begin with an original story. The issue also unveiled a new visual for the series. The adaptation of Ukyō Kodachi and Mikie Ikemoto's Boruto manga will premiere in April on TV Tokyo.

Crunchyroll began streaming a promotional video on Twitter with English subtitles in December.

Well at least it's better than a recap of the boruto movie. Don't worry it'll then adapt new content from the manga

However it's already confirmed kishi is involved in the botuto anime . This original story could be kishi's story or IT IS KISHI'S STORY
