B. He's using the Chinese martial art that gentle fist is based on. I don't know what it's called, but I've seen other characters in fiction use it (such as Rin and Kirei from Fate/Stay Night). It uses acceleration to mess up organs I think.

If I'm not mistaken, byakugan only allows to see the points. Channeling chakra from out of the body is not dependent on his eyes, albeit only the hyuga (perhaps okatsuki) trained in and use gentle fist. The manga never makes it clear. The fact that no one but Hyuga uses things like rotation makes it seem like it's KKG related, but now, who knows.

That's because only the hyuga pass the techniques down or know how since they're very protective of their skills. On top of that it's very difficult to even send chakra out of all your points, believe tenten said jounins (Lol rank) have trouble with just hands and feet.

I don't think we've seen Ao fight period. Having the eyes doesn't mean you automatically get it, but I think the Byakugan is kind of like a key to obtain the jutsus.

Naw she shoot her hair into the birds points. She saw the points with her byakugan. Tbh madara did the same with hashirama (chakra rodes into points).
