Sasori had a 4.5 speed rating in the 3rd databook and Sakura was dodging all his attacks as with his speed he can obviously counter her moves and should've struck her effortlessly but he didnt, and Chiyo said Sakura was moving on her own effortlessly after helping her with the strings in the start.

Someone gave that exact same example years ago on the Wiki.

I’ll make the same point they did: Sasori was already weak and tired from his use of 100 puppets at that point in the battle. If you calculate his speed then it only comes to just above peak human speed.

No one in the Akatsuki is as slow as peak human speed.

This is no different than all those Mach 14 Luffy Threads from back in the day.

Sasori in his puppet bodies may be slower than Healthy Sakura. Sasori in his main body runs circles around her.
