I am not sure how Transmigrant works, but since Indra reincarnated as Sasuke and Ashura reincarnated into Naruto, doesn't that mean Sasuke is a descendant of Hagoromo and Indra, while Naruto is a descendant of Hagoromo and Ashura? Would those genes get passed to their kids?

What about Hinata shes a descendant of Hamura, wouldn't that gene get passed on?

For now ... funny thing is, SP handles the height, in Kishimoto's manga, Boruto is taller. I'm talking about the SD shot, he's as tall as Mitsuki.

Boruto will be as tall as Naruto, or taller.
Sarada will be as tall as Sakura, or taller.

Unless you think Kishimoto will make Sarada a monster in height
