Actually, 3rd Hokage is Hiruzen.

Tobirama is second Hokage.

Also, Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Tsunade never used borrowed powers. Neither did Minato, while he was alive. Only after being revived Kurama helped him.

If the manga wasn't rushed then training arcs could've been done skills and established powers could've been included
At point a lot more could be criticized but good writing makes up for lack of op powers
