Boro is an Inner in the organization Kara and is regarded as completely monstrous in terms of power with others stating that he is stronger than the fellow Inner Delta and Kawaki claiming he was in some ways even worse than Jigen.

- Boro has the ability to reduce 30 damage from none-spiritual attacks. Additionally, he shows great pain tolerance, having an immunity to the Fatigue Drawbacks of the Health System. He is also capable of Regeneration, allowing him to heal a flat rate of 10 damage per turn passively. With his Core, this potential increases tremendously.
- Boro gains an increase of +1 Bonus BODY and DEX unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply.
- Can make use of Lava Release in the form of Mei’s acidic mud to battle foes.
- He is also able to perform a regeneration technique that can rapidly undo all physical damage to his being and even negate the effects of various poisons.
- Capable of releasing a fast-acting virus in the form of a Dark Mist. This mist gradually paralyses his opponents upon contact, and as it is a form of physical matter rather than chakra, it cannot be absorbed by Kāma or other absorption abilities. Boro himself is immune to this virus due to carrying the antibodies for it in his bloodstream. Even if the virus is neutralized, he can mix it with gunpowder to instantly detonate it with the slightest spark.
- Boro comes with a series of Scientific Ninja Tools enhancing his being. Among these are a special core that he can migrate inside body to instantly activate and augment his healing technique, enough to survive virtually any damage and regenerate, even if his head is completely obliterated. At the same time, his modifications are dependent on the core to keep his body stabilised, as without it his body will mutate uncontrollably.
