I've been reading The Lost Hero for the past couple of hours because I'm having a Percy Jackson revival, which made me really want to talk about books. So, Narutobase community, what are your favorite books? What books would you recommend?

My personal favorites:
-the Harry Potter Series
-Lord of the Rings
-Inheritance Cycle
-Sword of Shannara (even though its a total LOTR knockoff, I still love Brooks's approach to fantasy)
-To Kill a Mocking Bird
-The Picture of Dorian Gray

Definitely a timeless classic.

I'm reading the Son of Neptune, which is book two of the Heroes of Olympus series. I love the world that Rick Riordan has created.
I don't read any other series. I just read FFs, Rick's novels, and this deep book called The Shack.

There was a sale out at our public library today. I bought 3 books which I've already read one of 4 years ago.

- The lost symbol - Dan Brown (already read)
- a look at the afterlife - jozef rudolph
- The force that hides within you - o. carl simonton

And at home, I got several books I could recommend:

Paulo Coelho - Brida
Paulo Coelho - The Alchemist
Steve Berry - The Columbus Affair

I've read the alchemist. It was incredible. Next time I go to the library, I may pick the other two up

The Dark Tower series is supposed to be epic.
Also, you could check out the Sabriel series. It's about necromancing. ^.^

Enders Game series. My favorite books of all time. So stoked for the movie.
Empire and Hidden Empire were very intriguing. Make you really think about how fragile the American government really is with a little bit of SciFi thrown in.
Memoir of an Antihero was alright. Gives you a look at how a real life superhero would probably be.
Child of the Sword and its sequel Steelmaster of Indwallin are great fantasy novels that impressed.
And of course Game of Thrones is amazing.

My favorites are Harry potter, inheritance cycle, night angel trilogy, darth bane trilogy, the secrets of the immortal Nicolas flamel, Lorien legacies, all of dan brown's books, and as a guy I hate that I include these in my list but they're to good, the twilight saga
