Based on those you listed, I'm going to recommend the Pendragon series. It's definitely fantasy like all of those, but it's a bit more sci-fi too. And just a heads up: the series is ten books long.
The Fable Haven series by Brandon Mull is really good.
These recommendations are solid choices, good quality books that are really quite well done.

In line with those:
  • Keys to the Kingdom by Garth Nix
  • The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien
  • Chronicles of the Necromancer by Gail Z. Martin
  • The Heir Chronicles by Cinda Williams Chima
  • The Seven Realms by Cinda Williams Chima
Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones
Currently my favorite series, be aware that all but one (I think) is over a thousand pages.
Also, there are many actions that occur that you may or may not be comfortable with.
It's also very important to read them carefully and stay focused with the series.

The Ranger's apprentice. If you like Percy Jackson, you'll probably like this. The books read very easily (they're for younger kids, but meh) and the story builds slower than percy jackson, since there are around 8 books if I'm right.
