They really need to implament a "How to start rping" Thread where its not buried under sea where nobody can find it. Smh

Pal, for you to do this, you need to 1.) Have 50post . 2.) Make a Bio 3.) Jutsus that are approved can only go here. Their is a CJ Thread where you submit them.. Quite frankly, Ill be writing you a whole book. But this thread needs trashing. If you wish to get starting in RP. Just drop me a vm.. or anybody in Orange.. Water Release: Droplet Storm Trap
Signs: Clap hands (water drops must be nearby)
Power: Weak-Strong depending on how long it is used for)

User surrounds enemy with lots of water droplets. The drops smash into the enemy and gets tighter every second.
Weakness: If you get out fast you won't have any worries!
