Book cover design

Look I'm writing an actual book, hopefully to be published some day. But I need a cover design. I am hoping for a hand drawn, black, tribal snake that looks like an S with the head in the center looking out at the reader.

I would Also like "Isola Dei Comandi" in Rockwell font in size 20.
Brandon McDaniel in Rockwell in size 10 right under it. All of this centered.

The Tribal snake is the only thing I ask to be custom and hand drawn. I will give credit when it is published if needed. Also. If you know a program where I can print off a book cover I would appreciate it.

I would do it but i will need a reference image to do so.

I'll give it a shot. But one question, is it OK if it's traditional? Like drawn on paper with black ink?

if you choose (ill give reo to all who try) first draw it in pencil, erase, redraw darker, erase, then use like a ultra fine tip sharpie to draw, then color most spaces with a plain sharpie, then use ultra fine tip to fill in completely....this is what I think would be best.
