Since Crow sort of agreed to the fight now, I'll be making my move.
I'll let you decide on the terrain, I'm not too fussed on that.

Vertex - (Chōten)

Description:
→ The Vertex is quite a large sword, so large in fact that people are often intimidated by it. The length of the sword is approx. 2.3 metres. It is made of Titanium and is indestructible through means of Ninjutsu and Elemental Jutsu. It has also earnt itself the name of "Projectile Splitter" (Purojekutairusupuritta) because of it's ability. The sword's blade is also unique because it is in the shape of a triangular prism, with the main edge pointing at a 90 degree angle, and the other edges 45 degrees each. By enhancing the sword's blade with one's own chakra, it is able to split in half, any projectile jutsu up to B-Rank (such as a fireball). By enhancing the sword with an elemental chakra instead, it is able to increase the Rank of jutsu being split, depending on which element you decide to enhance the blade with (For example if you were to enhance the blade with suiton chakra, you could split up to A-Rank fire jutsu, but only up to C-Rank earth jutsu). The sword will only split projectile jutsu, so the jutsu will still carry on, but behind them across the angle of the blade's edge.

→ Can only be enhanced by one element per battle
→ Must have at least one training session in chosen element to enhance with it
→ A jutsu split counts as a move for the turn
→ Can only use once per turn

As Ghirahim approaches the battlefield, he greets his opponent, Dante and ends with a smirk, knowing he'll end up victorious.
Ghirahim:
Good luck Dante, you'll need it.
Taking a few steps back (before we fight, into mid-range), Ghirahim unravels his puppet, connecting the fine chakra strings to it so he can control it. From there he activates his puppet's arm compartments to send a rain of senbon in the sky, aiming at such an angle so that when they fall, they would fall and scatter in Dante's area. This happens for about 2 seconds before he calls off the rain. From there he activates the same technique but directly at Dante, so that the senbon would hit him at the same time as the senbon from the sky would.

A plain grassy field i guess, i don't like battling in strange terrains

Dante: Say what? I No understand what you say.
As the senbons come at Dante he forms a wide flat aluminum wall out of the ground in front of Dante that bursts out of the ground at a certain angle not vertically guarding what's in front of Dante and above him as the senbons fall onto the aluminum pillar/wall and get deflected backwards in random places onto the ground.

Description: this is a stronger version than the Aluminium Creation technique, the user creates any shape out of the aluminium metal like aluminium pillars, walls of aluminium to defend, basically any shape of the aluminium just as versatile as the wood element.
As the wall of aluminum rises from the ground, Dante releases his Dark release chakra into the whole battlefield forming a mist out of Dark energy completely blinding both of our visions, though Dante is able to feel the movements of you and your puppet and the movements of your hands and what not.

Description: The user releases dark chakra throughout the battle field. The user chakra starts to make a black thick mist filled with the user chakra. The user and opponent can`t use their eyes in this but doujutsus like the Hyuga`s and Nagato`s can see through the mist. Sharingan can`t since it is filled with the user`s chakra. The user can feel movement through the mist.

As Dante feels your movements through the pitch black mist, a giant hand of Dark energy forms around your puppet crushing it, "i know it's a puppet since it's closer to me than you are which i already know since i saw your previous locations."
