If her ability can permanently make anyone younger or older, it'd be great if she made Akainu younger to be free again.
If Akainu had a child who became a pirate I think that child would have been killed by Akainu cause of his absolute justice xD

Remember when BB left her at some random island for Akainu, he was like :

" I was annoyed that you got away previously but i've got you now" If that was his daughter he wouldn't have said such a thing but instead scold her
