At the moment you try to take hold of my neck I use the speed of 5th gate to negate the attack and due the strength of your incoming attacks + Carbon atom organizate I take hold of your head and crush my way through the bone armor with my mere fingers and hit my forehead against your head so this way you're going to die if you don't give up or atleast suffer large brain damage. After it make 5 punches to your stomach and kick to your chin causing you to fly back at least a range. If you manage to use dance of the larch I dodge all the attacks and block 'em while continuing my move.

Now will you give up or should I crush my way to your insides and take away your heart allowing me to use Kaguya attacks?
