Bolt's teamate?

Has anyone noticed the kid with the blue hair? Is he possibly bolt's & saradas team mate in the movie?

He most likely is since hes sitting in row with them. I wonder who he is, he looks dope.

I noticed him too. I wonder whose kid he is or if he is just a random student...? He kind of looks like a different version of Inojin from what little I can tell from the angle.

Suigetsu got evaporated due to increase of energy consumption in city after baby boom. As you can see from the sky scrapers in ch700 urban heat island effect must be much higher in Konoha. Now he is much smaller so he decided to live as a kid.
