Bolt villains can't be Ootsutsuki

I've been lurking around the base lately and people come to the conclusion that momo & kin are otsutsuki.
The otsutsuki clan went with their matriarch kaguya to earth for the god fruit. Another thing is if these guys were otsutsuki why would they go against their leader? For all we know they could be the same alien species as the otsutski. Byakugan can be a common trait with this species.

So does that mean the hyuga are aliens because they have the byakugan? and Hamura started a clan on the moon as stated in the last movie so it's not impossible for them to be ootsutsuki clan
