I'm not trying to justify anything. I am just trying to explain how Bolt is technically Hyuuga and how he is the technical would-be heir to the clan.

Then from next time Plz post a valid link

There we Uchiha without Sharingan as well, but they were still considered Uchiha...

Sharingan =/= Uchiha

Uchiha are born with Powerful chakras, something people seem to forget. Even if you take away their sharingan, they can still compete with other clans.

Hanabi-Sama is the one true heir to the Hyuga Kingdom.

It's only a matter of time before they become their own city-state

Even if Hinata hadn't been kicked out for sucking at being a Hyuuga, Bolt wouldn't be the heir. He doesn't have Byakugan, therefore he sucks at being a hyuuga, so he looses being heir to any of Hanabi's kids (Probably) or a future sibling with Byakugan.

He doesn't need Byakugan, his chakra is stronger than that clan. Also, Naruto is 100% Uzumaki concerning his chakra. Kushina said he inherited her chakras.

Bolt would be the heir. Inheritance goes by who your parents are point blank. It was never stated in the manga that a you need the byakugan to be leader of the Hyuuga. Yes it seems as if that would be expected since most Hyuugas do have it. However, it was never established as a rule. You just need to be the first born child of the leader and you need to be a strong and worthy leader so you don't get kicked out. Bolt will be the main character, so he obviously will become strong (byakugan or not). Therefore he could be the leader if Hinata didn't lose the title. He is still Hyuuga.

People need to get the concept through their heads: You are what your parents are even if you don't have every single genetic trait that they do! I don't know why people fail to realize this.

That wouldn't matter as long ass Bolt was powerful.
